FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Ashley Gold Corp. Announces Result of Exploratory Hole Between the 67Z and

D99Z, Phase II TAK-26-06, Delivers 0.460 g/t Au over 25.50m from 6.50m

Downhole, Including an Intercept of 9.560 g/t Au over 0.50m, 30.75m Downhole

CALGARY, ALBERTA - Sept 8, 2026 - Ashley Gold Corp. (CSE: “ASHL”) (“Ashley” or the

“Company”) is pleased to provide an assay update from Phase II drilling.

Positioning:

- 1 Phase II hole remains outstanding (TAK-26-09, 67Z undercut),

- 7 Phase III holes remain pending.

Significance:

- Highlights the presence of bleached alteration matching the high-grade domain of the 67Z near

the surface, over 150m east of the 67Z, intercepting 9.560 g/t Au over 0.50 m, 30.75m downhole.

- 67Z recently assayed highs of 11.3 g/t Au over 2 intervals >1m, overall intercept was released on

August 26, 2026. Cutting 0.861 g/t Au over 62.35 m From Below Collar, Including 1.111 g/t Au

over 45.85 m from 4.40 m Downhole in TAK-26-07.

- First hole collared between two isolated zones, with additional targeting data gathered following

the Spring melt (Phase II occurred during cover).

Next Steps:

- TAK-26-06 sets the stage for the Phase IV step-out program, where the Company will work

towards extending the mineralized horizon from 67Z easterly.

- Modifying the orientation of drilling in the TAK-26-06 pad area to encapsulate recently

identified trends noted on the surface.

President Noah Komavli: “Our 100% hit rate of gold values above standard industry cut-offs

continues. This exploratory hole was drilled to target the depth extensions of two historically worked

trenches with grab sample highs of ~3 g/t Au [Triex, 1999, Trench 4]. Ultimately, the hole was a

success, highlighting a level of continuity - not just from the trenches to depth, but from the 67Z - a

significant step - as we work toward unifying the Tak zones in one continuous mineralized body. Noting

bleached alteration consistent with elevated gold values in the 67Z, 150m east, is a significant step

forward for the Company. With a deepened understanding of the system, gained from Phase III drilling,

we will follow-up on the 67Z trend North-East of our last holes. Drill plans will be finalized over the

coming weeks prior to mobilization.”

CEO Darcy Christian; “This hole is our first hole between 67 and 99Z and confirms gold

mineralization between the known occurrences. After spring thaw, we have located additional veins and

trenches suggesting additional alteration and mineralization not reflected in this hole. Future collar

locations and orientation will be optimized to accurately test the entirety of the zone.”

Final Phase II Results - TAK-26-06

TAK-26-06 was delivered to ActLabs, Dryden during the last week of July, 2026, TAK-26-09 was delivered to

ActLabs early in the second week of August, 2026. These core visuals were shared to the market on August 13,

2026, with additional commentary regarding the surrounding surface exposure.

Situated abutting the Northeast of the Goliath Gold Complex, the Tak Patents have been the subject of

intermittent exploration efforts from the 1900’s, with legendary companies like Lac Minerals (Barrick)

and Cominco (Teck) exploring in and around the patented ground. At least two surveys were flown, with

the most detailed mapping occurring in the late 1900’s. Within the patented boundary, only 11 historic

holes were ever recorded from two operators - in 1999 and 2002. After 2002, the project sat idle for 24

years until acquired by the Company.

Figure 6: Regional Map and Area of Activity

In 2026, mere weeks after acquisition, Ashley commissioned the first modern IP survey. The results

highlighted a +1km resistive body, with two main chargeable units flanking the resistive body to the

North. Ashley engaged 518 Drilling Ltd., deploying equipment into the patents for continued use.

Guided in part from historic records and Phase 1 drilling results, three high priority zones have emerged.

Exploration Zones

D99Z:

In early 2026, a 5 hole, first phase program was successful in validating and expanding 1999 results. The

zone was given the moniker “D99Z”. With the final two holes still pending from Phase 1 drilling, the

surface mineralization width in the D99Z is already estimated at +80m.
