FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Ashley Gold Corp. Announces Historic Core Assays from Howie Project, ON,

Cuts 0.33 g/t Au over 25.74m

CALGARY, ALBERTA - October 14, 2025 - Ashley Gold Corp. (CSE: “ASHL”) (“Ashley” or the

“Company”) is pleased to announce that it has received assay values for the historic holes submitted for

re-assay.

The historic holes were part of scout drilling completed in 1987 by prior operator Esso Minerals Inc. and

were recently located intact in the Kenora core lab.

Highlights:

- SB-03 and SB-01 returned elevated Au values in proximity to the Twilight Zone outcrop

- SB-05 had one box missing at the end of the hole, returning trace values, and SB -11

returned trace values of Au

- SB-05 was drilled south west of the Twilight Zone, and SB-11 was drilled far east

- These historic holes set the stage for next steps, including 1000m of proposed maiden drilling

President Noah Komavli on the results;

“I am excited to share these 38 year old results that were part of Esso Minerals Inc. scout drilling

campaign. The intense, wide zones of sulphide mineralization present in the holes was exciting to see, and

likely caused Esso to return for two back to back years, drilling in 1986 and 1987. The drilling was sparse

and very exploratory in nature, as evidenced by the distance and orientation of the holes in Image 1.

Overall, this effort was extremely cost effective, showing that gold mineralization is present near the

surface and providing the company valuable data that will guide next steps. The assays have unveiled that

main mineralization occurs at the contacts of the host rock in proximity to the Twilight Zone and shows a

stronger correlation West to East like the 2D IP survey has suggested. It also appears that the historic

holes missed the chargeability high present from the IP survey.

This information comes at a perfect time, as Operations Manager Will Kuran and Exploration Manager

Shannon Baird, P.Geo will be on the Howie to assess the complex structural setting.

At this stage of exploration, this data is foundational to our model and can efficiently guide capital

deployment. With our IP survey in hand, the un-drilled area around the Twilight zone is a key target -

which can be approached in a future scout drilling program.

These early results, just like our channel sampling program, hint at bulk tonnage scenarios. Peers in North

Western Ontario such as the Goliath Gold complex have open pit cut -off grades of 0.3 g/t Au [1], or

another example being Rainy River, with an open pit cut off grade of 0.3 g/t Au for low grade

mineralization, with 0.46-0.49 g/t Au cut-off for higher grade mineralization [2].”

Project History - Howie Property

May 1987:

Esso Minerals conducts a two year program on Howie (known as Snake Bay). Historic drilling logs from

1987 detail wide zones of mineralization. Assays redacted. Data Link

November 2022:

Initial surface prospecting and sampling at Main Katisha Shear Zone yielded assay results up to 52.80 g/t

Au, validating the zone’s gold potential*. News Link

further exploration. News Link

May 2025:

Conducted mechanical stripping, outcrop washing, and channel sampling at Katisha Zone, with channel

cut assay results up to 20.2 g/t Au, confirming continuity of gold mineralization in a 5 -10m-wide

deformation zone. Expanded strike with discovery of 1.6 g/t Au sample based on IP data*. News Link

September 2025:

Located historic Esso core, channel sampling completed at the Twilight Zone outcrop. News Link

October 2025:

Assays reveal 0.33 g/t Au over 25.74m from historic hole 87-SB-03, with additional gold in proximity to

the Twilight Zone.

Quality Assurance / Quality Control

All samples were quartered with a wet saw. Samples were then placed in pre -labelled sample bags.

Samples were securely transported by field staff to ActLabs in Dryden, ON for 1A3 Au fire assay. Samples

are dried and pulverized with subsequent random sample size of 5 to 50 grams. The sample is mixed with

fire assay fluxes (borax, soda ash, silica, litharge) and with Ag added as a collector and the mixture is

placed in a fire clay crucible. The mixture is then preheated at 850°C, intermediate 950°C and finish

1060°C with the entire fusion process lasting 60 minutes. The crucibles are then removed from the assay

furnace and the molten slag (lighter material) is carefully poured from the crucible into a mould, leaving
