DETAILS OF AURANIA’S ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
Toronto, Ontario, June 19, 2018 – Aurania Resources Ltd. (TSXV: ARU ; OTCQB: AUIAF;
Frankfurt: 20Q) (“Aurania” or the “Company”) announces that it will hold its Annual and Special
Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) at 3:00pm ET on Thursday, June 20, 2019 at Vantage Venues,
150 King Street West, 27 th Floor, Inverness Room, in Toronto. An audio webcast of the Meeting will be
