AURANIA RESOURCES UNAWARE OF ANY MATERIAL CHANGE
Toronto, Ontario, September 17, 2020 – Aurania Resources Ltd. (TSXV: ARU) (OTCQB: AUIAF)
(Frankfurt: 20Q) (“Aurania” or the “Company”) confirms that management is unaware of any material
change in the Company’s operations that would account for the recent increase in market activity.
Aurania commenced drilling at the Tsenken N2 copper-silver target in southeastern Ecuador as reported in
the pre ss release dated September 14, 2020 . The Company also announced in a press release dated
September 15, 2020, th at management is attending the Precious Metals Summit - Beaver Creek (virtual)
