CONFERENCE IN SANTIAGO, CHILE

Toronto, Ontario, June 21, 2017 – Aurania Resources Ltd. (TSXV: ARU) (“Aurania” or the

“Company”) is pleased to announce that Management will be presenting at the “Investing in LatAm

Mining Cumbre” conference to be held in Santiago, Chile on July 11 and 12, 2017 (the “Conference”).

Dr. Keith Barron, CEO and Chairman , will make a presentation focusing on the exploration potential of

“The Lost Cities - Cutucu Project ” (Ecuador) as a geological extension to the rich gold and copper

endowment of the adjacent Cordillera del Condor. In addition, Dr. Barron and Dr. Richard S pencer,

newly-appointed President of Aurania , will be meeting one -on-one with resource investors and fund

managers interested in investing in Latin American opportunities.

The Mining Cumbre is organized by the same team that has run the Mining Indaba as a forum in which an

international audience of investors and financiers meet directly with management of resource companies.
