AURANIA ANNOUNCES INTENTION TO EXTEND WARRANTS
Toronto, Ontario, September 12, 2018 – Au rania Resources Ltd. (TSXV: ARU); (OTCQB:
AUIAF); (Frankfurt: 20Q) (“Aurania” or the “Company”) announces it will be applying to the TSX
Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”) for approval to extend the expiry date of 1,069,909 outstanding
common share purchase warrants (the “Warrants”) that were issued in connection with a private
placement conducted on April 20, 2017, as further d escribed in the Company’s April 20 and May 29,
2017 news releases.
The Warrants are exercisable for common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $3.00 per share,
and presently bear an expiry date of October 19, 20 18. The Company is proposing to extend the expiry
date of the Warrants by an additional 12 months to 5: 00 p.m., Toronto, Ontario time on October 19, 2019,
subject to an acceleration option. The accelerat ion option allows the Co mpany to accelerate the
expiration date to a date which is 30 days following the date on acceleration notice in the event that the
average trading price of the common shares exceeds $3.00 for a period of 20 consecutive trading days.
The proposed extension of the expiration date of th e Warrants is subject to approval by the TSX Venture
Exchange.
