Artemis Gold Announces Filing of Q1 2025 Financial Results

Vancouver, British Columbia – Artemis Gold Inc. (TSX-V: ARTG) (“Artemis Gold” or the “Company”)

has filed its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2025. The Company’s consolidated

financial statements and management’s discussion and analysis for the three months ended March 31,
