Argo Gold Enters into Agreement to Sell Wawa Area Properties

Toronto, CANADA, November 16, 2020 – Argo Gold Inc. (“Argo Gold” or the “Company”) (CSE:

ARQ) has entered into an agreement with Angus Gold Inc. ("Angus Gold") pursuant to which Argo

Gold has agreed to sell its interest in the Macassa Creek, Mishi Lake and Abbie Lake Properties

to Angus Gold. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the Company has agreed to sell the

Properties in exchange for CDN100,000 and 800,000 shares of Angus Gold issued to Argo Gold .

Completion of the transaction will be subject to receipt of all necessary consents and regulatory

approvals.
