ARRAS MINERALS UPGRADES OTC LISTING TO OTCQB

Vancouver, British Columbia – Arras Minerals Corp. (TSX -V: ARK) (OTCQB: ARRKF) ( “Arras” or the
“Company”) is pleased to announce that it has received approval for trading its common shares on the
OTCQB Market (the “OTCQB”) under the symbol ARKFF effective July 18, 2024. The Company’s common
shares will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “ARK”.
Darren Klinck, President and Director commented: “Arras Minerals is pleased to upgrade our U.S listing to
the OTCQB platform which should help further expand our U.S. shareholder profile and allow a broader
group of investors to participate in gaining exposure to the Company’s extensive portfolio of copper-gold

The OTCQB, a U.S. market operated by OTC Markets Group in New York, is designed for developing and
entrepreneurial companies in the United States and abroad. To be listed on the OTCQB, companies must
be current in their financial reporting and undergo an annual verification and management certification
process, including meeting a minimum bid price and other financial conditions. With more co mpliance
and quality standards, the OTCQB provides investors improved visibility to enhance trading decisions. The
OTCQB is recognized by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission as an established public
market providing public information for analysis and value of securities and trading.
