TORONTO, Ontario, May 11, 2023 – Andean Precious Metals Corp. (TSX-V: APM)

(OTCQX: ANPMF) (“Andean” or the “Company”) will report its financial and operating results

for the three months ended March 31, 2023 on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, after markets

close.
