2024 EARNINGS CONFERENCE CALL AND WEBCAST

TORONTO, ON – October 17, 2024 – Andean Precious Metals Corp. (“Andean” or the “Company”)

(TSX-V: APM) (OTCQX: ANPMF) will report its third quarter 2024 financial and operating results after

market close on Monday, November 11, 2024. Management will host a conference call and webcast on

Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 9:00 am ET to discuss the results.
