Downtown Announces Completion of Name Change and Subdivision

VANCOUVER, November 4, 2010 – Downtown Industries Ltd. (the “Company”) (TSXV: DWN.H) is pleased to announce that it has changed its name from “Downtown Industries Ltd.” to “Inform Resources Corp.”. The trading symbol for the Company has been changed to “IRR.H” effective as of the opening of the market today.

In connection with the change of name, the Company also announces that it has subdivided its common shares on the basis of one old share for two new shares, cancelled the authorized and issued preferred shares of the Company, deleted the rights and restrictions attached to the common shares and preferred shares of the Company and continued out of the federal jurisdiction into the British Columbia jurisdiction under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia).

Following the subdivision, the Company has 12,177,862 common shares outstanding.
