ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING

ALORO MINING CORP. – (the “ Company or Aloro ”) announces that it has mailed the Notice,

Information Circular, Proxy and NI Card (the “ Meeting Materials”) for its annual general and special

meeting (the “ Meeting”) to be held on September 15, 2021. The Meeting Materials incorrectly stated

the teleconference number. The co rrect teleconference number is 1-877-385-4099 (Canada and US),

Participant Access code is 7862023# . Shareholders are encouraged to attend the Meeting via

teleconference.
