ANGKOR Extends Warrant Expiry Date

GRANDE PRAIRIE, ALBERTA ( July 12, 2018): ANGKOR GOLD CORP. (TSXV: ANK and

OTC: ANKOF ) (“Angkor” or the “Company”) announces that further to the Company’s news

release of July 9, 2018 that its application to extend the expiry date of its warrants was accepted by

the TSX Venture Exchange.

Accordingly, the expiry date for the 1,563,000 common share warrants previously set to expire on

July 29, 201 8 has been extended to July 29, 20 20. All other terms and conditions of the warrants

remain unchanged. Warrant holders are advised that replacement warrant certificates will be sent

out and that the such warrant certificates must be presented to the Company in order to effect the

exercise or transfer of such warrants.
