OF SUBORDINATE VOTING SHARES

Montreal, QC (August 22, 2019) – Lightspeed POS Inc. (“Lightspeed” or the “Company”) (TSX: LSPD)
today announced the closing of the secondary offering by certain selling shareholders of 6,209,542
subordinate voting shares, which includes the exercise in full by the unde rwriters of their over -allotment
option to purchase up to 809,940 additional subordinate voting shares (the “Offering”).
BMO Capital Markets, J.P. Morgan Securities Canada Inc. and National Bank Financial Inc. acted as joint
bookrunners for the Offering. CIBC Capital Markets, Scotia Capital Inc., TD Securities Inc. and Raymond
James Ltd. also acted as underwriters for the Offering.
