(WIF.H: TSX-V)("Windfire" or the "Company") announces that Pursuant to a directors' resolution dated April 2, 2015, and the TSX Venture Exchange approval bulletin issued on April 9, 2015, Windfire Capital Corp. has consolidated its capital on a three old common shares for one new common share basis. Effective at the opening on Friday, April 10, 2015, the common shares of Windfire Capital Corp. commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis.
