WINDFIRE CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Windfire Capital Corp. (WIF.H: TSX-V) ("Windfire"), is pleased to announce that further to the Company’s news release dated June 2, 2015, the Company has closed a non-brokered private placement of 880,000 shares at a price of $0.25 per share for proceeds of $220,000.

All securities issued pursuant to this financing are subject to a 4 month hold period from the Closing Date.
