Alliance Mining Corporate Update

Vancouver, British Columbia, November 8, 2024- Alliance Mining Corp. (TSX.V: ALM) (“Alliance” or

the “Company”) would like to update shareholders regarding its Management Information Circulars

(MIC), for its annual general meetings held on August 19, 2020, September 8, 2021, and May 14, 2024.

As a result of a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission, Alliance is issuing the following

press release to clarify disclosure and information circulars filed on October 30, 2020, June 9, 2022, and

April 10, 2024.

In the July 15, 2020, circular, it was reported that Mr. Christopher Anderson held 4,371,500 shares in

Alliance which was accurate.

In the August 4, 2021, circular, it was reported that Mr. Christopher Anderson held 443,860 shares in

Alliance when the actual total was 449,860 shares.

In the April 10, 2024, circular, it was reported that Mr. Christopher Anderson held 2,317,140 shares in

Alliance when the actual total was 2,509,860 shares.

Mr. Anderson has updated his shareholdings on SEDI accordingly.
