Alliance Mining Announces the Passing of Zenaida Manalo

ALLIANCE MINING ANNOUNCES THE PASSING OF ZENAIDA MANALO

Vancouver, British Columbia: Alliance Mining Corp. (TSX-V: ALM) (“ALM” or the “Company”)

The Company announces that it is deeply saddened by the sudden passing of Zenaida

(Zeny) Manalo, the Company’s CFO. Ms. Manalo was a dedicated and well respected

member of the Company. The board of directors and management are grateful for her

years of service to the Company, and extend to Ms. Manalo's family and friends their

sincere condolences.

The Company is in the process of identifying a replacement CFO to fill the resulting vacancy.

In the interim, the CFO duties are being handled by other members of the Company’s

executive team.

Alliance Mining has an option to acquire 100 per cent of the Red Rice Lake gold property

located in the centre of the Bissett gold mine camp in Manitoba. The Red Rice Lake property is

made up of three non-contiguous claim blocks, totalling 677 Hectares. The property is located

close to the town of Bissett Manitoba and just four kilometres south from Klondex Mines’

producing True North mine. The Rice Lake property claims are located within the Archean Rice

Lake greenstone belt in southeastern Manitoba. This belt forms part of the prolific gold

producing Uchi Sub province that includes the Red Lake and Pickle Crow belts in Northwestern

Ontario.
