ALLIANCE COMPLETES CONTINUATION INTO BRITISH COLUMBIA

Vancouver, British Columbia: Alliance Mining Corp. ( TSX.V: ALM) (“Alliance” or the “ Company”) is

pleased to announce that further to its news release dated Octo ber 11, 2018, the continuation of the

Company from the federal jurisdiction of the Canada Business Corporations Act into the Province of

British Columbia is complete. The continuation results in the Company becoming subject to all of the

provisions of the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia).

Charter documents for the Continuation have been filed on SEDAR under the Company’s profile.

Alliance Mining has an option to acquire 100 per cent of the Re d Rice Lake property located in the centre

of the Bissett gold camp in Manitoba. The property is located c lose to the town of Bissett, Manitoba, and

just four kilometres south from Havilah Mining’s True North gold mine. The Red Rice Lake gold property

claims are located within the Archean Rice Lake greenstone belt in southeastern Manitoba. This belt

forms part of the Uchi subprovince that includes the Red Lake a nd Pickle Lake belts in Northwestern

Ontario. Alliance has recently signed a letter of intent with J adestone Energy LLC to acquire a 100-per-

cent interest in Jadestone's Tonopah uranium project. The Tonop ah uranium project is located in the

Tonopah mining district in Nye county and Esmerelda county, Nevada.
