DIVIDEND DATE CLARIFICATION
Perth, Western Australia - Alkane Resources Limited (ASX: ALK, TSX: ALK, OTCQX: ALKRY) (‘Alkane’) refers to
the press release dated 21 August 2026 titled ‘Maiden Final Dividend Declared for FY26 and On- Market Buy-Back
Approved’ and clarifies that the ex-dividend date on the TSX will be determined by the TSX in accordance with its
policies and is expected to be 8 September 2026.

the surrounding Northern Molong Porphyry Project and is confident of further enhancing eastern Australia’s
reputation as a significant gold, copper and antimony production region.
