Appointment of Joint Company Secretary
Perth, Western Australia - Alkane Resources Limited (ASX: ALK, TSX: ALK, OTC QX: ALKRY) (‘Alkane’ or
‘the Company’) is pleased to announce the appointment of highly experienced commercial lawyer Mr Richard
Steenhof as Joint Company Secretary effective today, 2 April 2026. Mr Steenhof also serves as the Company’s
General Counsel.
Mr Steenhof has extensive knowledge of the energy and resources sector , with near ly two decades of
experience in resources law at leading international law firms and industry. Mr Steenhof’s most recent General
Counsel and Company Secretary role was at Resolute Mining Limited. During this time, he played key roles in
an extensive range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, projects and
corporate governance and advisory.
The Company also advises that Mr Dennis Wilkins has resigned as Joint Company Secretary. Mr Nic Earner,
Managing Director and CEO, on behalf of the board, thanks Mr Wilkins for his valued contribution to the
Company over the past eight years.
Ms Julia Beckett continues in her role as Joint Company Secretary.
In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6, the Company confirms that Mr Steenhof and Ms Beckett are responsible for
communication with the ASX.

and has outlined an economic development pathway in a Scoping Study. The Company has ongoing exploration
within the surrounding Northern Molong Porphyry Project and is confident of further enhancing eastern
Australia’s reputation as a significant gold, copper and antimony production region.
