VANCOUVER, BC – March 27, 2023 - Kenadyr Metals Corp. (TSX-V: KEN; OTC-MKTS:

KNDYF; FRA: KM0) (the “Company” or “Kenadyr”) announces with great sadness that its long-

standing Chairman, Mr. Stuart “Tookie” Angus passed away. Mr. Angus has served as a director

of the Company since 2017.

Mr. Timothy McCutcheon, CEO, stated: “Tookie will be truly missed. He was a great man and a

leader in the Canadian mining industry for decades. He was also a friend to me and the entire

Kenadyr team.”
