NEWS RELEASE

ALPHA EXPLORATION LTD. ANNOUNCES EXTENSION OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT

FINANCING

Calgary, Alberta, April 1, 2024 – Alpha Exploration Ltd. (the “Corporation” or “Alpha”) (TSXV: ALEX)

has agreed to extend the closing of the second tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private

placement of units in the capital of the Corporation (“Units”) of up to $5,000,000.00 at a purchase price of $0.70

the meaning of Multilateral Instrument 61-101 – Protection of Minority Security Holders in Special Transactions
