A.I.S. RESOURCES EXTENDS WARRANTS

Vancouver, British Columbia – July 10, 2020 – A.I.S. Resources Limited (TSX-V – AIS, OTCQB: AISSF)

(the “Company” or “AIS”) announces that it intends, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, to

extend the term of 7,100,000 warrants expiring on July 17, 2020. The share purchase warrants were

issued pursuant to a private placement of 7,100,000 shares accepted for filing by the TSXV on July

18, 2019.

The warrants will be extended for a period of one year until July 17, 2021. The exercise price

remains unchanged at $0.10.
