A.I.S. APPLIES TO EXTEND WARRANTS TERM

Vancouver, British Columbia – October 3, 2018 – A.I.S. Resources Limited (TSX-V: AIS, OTCQB: AISSF) (the

“Company” or “AIS”) announces that the Company has applied to the TSX exchange to amend the expiry

date of 4,505,000 warrants exercisable at $0.30 from October 5, 2018 to October 5, 2019. The

amendment is subject to TSX exchange approval.
