REGENCY GOLD TO RESUME TRADING

Vancouver, BC, September 13, 2019 – Regency Gold Corp (the “ Company”) (NEX:RAU.H) announces that further to

its news release of July 18, 2019, the Company had applied to r esume trading of its common shares on the TSX Venture

Exchange (the “TSXV”). The TSXV has advised that effective at the market open on Tuesday, September 17, 2019, the

common shares of the Company will resume trading.
