AMARC ANNOUNCES GRANT OF OPTIONS

March 25, 2024 Vancouver, BC – Amarc Resources Ltd. (“Amarc” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: AHR; OTCQB: AXREF)

announces that the Company has granted 6.4 million incentive stock options at a price of $0. 105 per share for

periods of three to five years to management, directors and service providers , of which 5.5 million have been

granted to insiders. All of the options are subject to any required TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
