ANTLER HILL NOT PROCEEDING WITH QUALIFYING TRANSACTION

Antler Hill Oil & Gas Ltd. (the “Corporation” or “Antler Hill”), a capital pool company listed on the NEX, announces the Corporation will not be proceeding with its previously announced qualifying transaction involving a proposed business combination with PetroPhoenix Capital Corp., as originally announced on September 19, 2016. The Corporation will continue identifying and evaluating other potential transactions.
