WESTERN PACIFIC Announces Closing of $349,010 Private Placement
Vancouver, BC—October 16th, 2019 Western Pacific Resources Corp. (the “Company”) (TSX-
V: WRP) is pleased to announce that it has completed a non-brokered private placement for
gross proceeds of $349,010.10 .
The Company issued 2,326,734 units at $0.15 per unit. Each unit in the private placement is
comprised of one common share and one share purchase warrant with each whole warrant
exercisable into one additional common share at a price of $0.20 for a period of five years.
The Company will apply the net proceeds of the Offering towards general working capital
purposes.
In consideration for arranging the Private Placement, the Company paid cash finders' fees in
the aggregate amount of $8,190.
All securities issued in connection the Financing are subject to a hold period and may not be
traded until February 17, 2020, except as permitted by applicable securities legislation and
the rules and policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
Final closing of this Offering is subject to final acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
