") advises that
shareholders of the Company passed all resolutions in the Notice of Meeting dated 28 April 2025 at the
General Meeting held today at 9:00am (AEST) by way of poll.
As previously announced to the market on 14 April 2025, the Board resolved to appoint BDO Audit Pty
Ltd as the Company's auditor, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting. In
accordance with the
Corporations Act 2001
(Cth), shareholders approved the appointment of BDO Audit
Pty Ltd at today's Annual General Meeting.
