JDF CORPORATE UPDATE

Vancouver, February 11, 2020 – JDF Explorations Inc, (CSE-JDF) (the “Company” or

“JDF“) Gregory Thomas President & CEO is pleased to update shareholders on recent corporate

activities. Following the acquisition of the Cortez East property JDF is organizing an initial work program

including surface sampling followed by geophysics, in order to develop potential drill targets. Additionally

the company continues to negotiate specific terms on other prospective acquisitions in established mining

jurisdictions.

The company is setting 4.5 million incentive stock options at a price of $.16CDN for directors and officers.

Options are subject to ratification at the next annual general meeting.
