Jdf Announces a Change of NAME to Valorem Resources Inc.

JDF ANNOUNCES A CHANGE OF NAME TO VALOREM RESOURCES INC.

Press Release Vancouver, British Columbia - (September 11, 2020) – JDF

EXPLORATIONS INC. ("JDF" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has changed its

name from "JDF Explorations Inc" to "VALOREM RESOURCES INC." T he new symbol with the CSE

will be “VALU”. The name change was approved by the board of directors of the Company on August

28, 2020 to better reflect that the Company's business and anticipated projects.

Subject to the approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange, (the " CSE"), the Company expects the

name change to take effect on the open of market hours, Tuesday September 15, 2020 when its common

shares will begin trading on the CSE under the new name “Valorem Resources Inc.”

The new CUSIP number will be 92026P101 and the new ISIN will CA92026P1018

No action is required by existing shareholders with respect to the name change. Certificates representing

common shares of JDF Explorations Inc. will not need to be exchanged as a result of the name change.
