BUTTE ENERGY INC. APPOINTS NEW DIRECTOR
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – November 30 , 2018 - Butte Energy Inc. (“ Butte” or the
“Company”) (TSXV: BEN.H) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jason Rickert to its board of directors
(the “Board”).
Jason Rickert has 25 years’ experience in Corporate Finance and M & A Advisory services. He began his career
with Wood Gundy/CIBC in Toronto in the Mergers and Acquisitions team in 1994 before moving to London,
England with the bank in 1996. In 2002, Jason co- founded Acsel Advisors Limited, a boutique Corporate
Finance Advisory firm focussing on raising capital and providing M&A advisory services for early stage growth
companies. Jason has advised on transactions in North America, Europe and Africa for clients ranging from
entrepreneurs on Venture Capital financings to national governments on the privatisation of state assets. He has
advised clients across a diverse group of industry sectors including telecommunications and technology, clean
energy, mining, oil and gas, leisure and hotels and financial services. Jason holds an Honours Bachelor of
Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada.
The Company also announces the resignation of Daniel Vickerman from the Board, and thanks Mr. Vickerman
for his service.
