ARCTIC FOX LITHIUM CORP. TO COMMENCE TRADING UNDER NEW NAME
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA ( March 23, 2023) – Arctic Fox Lithium Corp. (CSE: AFX / FSE: 7N4)
(the “Company”) is pleased to announce that further to the Canadian Securities Exchange’s (the “CSE”) bulletin
issued today, March 23, 2023 and the Company’s news rele ase dated February 27, 2023, the Company will
officially commence trading under its new name of “Arctic Fox Lithium Corp.” effective tomorrow, March 24,
2023. The Company’s current trading symbol will not change in connection with the name change.
