ALPHAMIN GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

Vancouver, Canada – April 7, 2011 – Alphamin Resources Corp. (AFM: TSXV) wishes to announce that it has granted options pursuant to its Stock Option Plan to purchase up to 3,100,000 shares at $0.40 per share for a period of five years, which will be subject to resale restrictions expiring on August 8, 2011.
