MILLROCK ANNOUNCES STOCK OPTION GRANTS
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, January 12th, 2017 - Millrock Resources Inc. (TSX-V:
MRO, OTCQX: MRLKF) ("Millrock") announces it has granted a total of 1,630,000 stock options
under the Company’s stock option plan to directors, officers, employees and consultants. The
options are exercisable at $0.50 per share for a period of five years.
