ALASKA ENERGY METALS REPORTS ON AT–THE–MARKET

EQUITY FINANCING PROGRAM

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, July 10, 2026 – Alaska Energy Metals Corporation (TSX-

V: AEMC, OTCQB: AKEMF) (“ AEMC” or the “ Company”) announce s that during the fiscal

quarter ending June 30, 2026 it has issued a total of 5,165,000 AEMC common shares (each

a “Share”) on the TSX -V at an average price of $ 0.075 per Share under its at –the–market

equity program launched in February 2025. The sales provided gross proceeds of

$387,703.90. A commission of $10,650.74 was paid to Haywood Securities Inc. in relation to

the distributions. Proceeds are being used for ongoing metallurgical studies, an options

assessment for mining scenarios, and for general corporate purposes. The Company plans

to continue with its at–the–market equity program in the third quarter of 2026.
