ADYTON RESOURCES CORPORATION ANNOUNCES EXTENSION OF
NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea – September 5, 2023 – Adyton Resources Corporation (TSX Venture:
ADY) (“Adyton” or the “ Company”) announces that it has been granted an extension by the TSX Venture
Exchange (the “TSXV”) to complete its non-brokered private placement of up to 104,758,886 common shares at
a price of $0.0133 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of up to C$1,393,293 (the “ Financing”) that was
announced by the Company on July 18, 2023. The extended date for final acceptance of the Financing is
September 29, 2023. The terms of the Financing remain unchanged from those set out in the Company’s July 18,
2023 press release announcing the Financing.
All shares issued pursuant to the Financing will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the
date of issuance under applicable Canadian securities laws and TSXV policies.
