ADEX MINING ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Toronto, Ontario – December 5, 2019 – Adex Mining Inc. ("Adex" or the "Company") (TSX ‐V:
ADE) announces today that, effective immediately, William B. Burton has resigned as a member
of the board of directors of Adex and as a member of the board of directors of Adex Minerals
Corp., a wholly -owned subsidiary of Adex . The board of directors would like to t ake this
opportunity to express its sincere appreciation to William B. Burton for his valuable contributions
and services to the Company.
