Archon Receives First Royalty Payment

February 16, 2018 – Vancouver, British Columbia TSX.V: ACS

Archon Minerals Limited (“Archon” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has received

its first royalty payment of $ 815,532.48 from diamonds produced within the Ekati Buffer Zone . The

Ekati Buffer Zone , owned and operated by Dominion Diamond E kati ULC (“Dominion”), contains 106

mining leases covering 89,184 hectares in the Lac de Gras region of the Northwest Territories , and hosts

the Jay and Lynx kimberlite pipes.

From October 1 to December 31 of 2017, Dominion produced diamonds exclusively from the Lynx

pipe in the Ekati Buffer Zone . In accordance with its gross production royalty with Dominion, Archon

receives a 2.3% gross production royalty on the computed value of such diamonds produced from the

Ekati Buffer Zone.
