ARCHON ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Archon Minerals Limited (“Archon” or the “Company”) announces that at the Company’s annual

general meeting of shareholders held on December 17, 2021 , all resolutions were passed by shareholders

including the re-election of all directors. However, Robert Blusson has since resigned from his position as

director, effective December 31, 2021. The Company thanks Mr. Blusson for his service and will be

appointing a director soon to fill the vacancy.
