ARCHON ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR’S RESIGNATION

Archon Minerals Limited (“Archon” or the “Company”) report s that Ross Glanville has resigned

from the board of directors, effective immediately, for personal reasons. Mr. Glanville has been a director

of the Company since its inception in 1993. Archon’s board of directors is extremely grateful to Mr.

Glanville for his many invaluable contributions to the Company over the years, and wishes him the best

in all his future endeavours.
