DeepRock Minerals Closes Private Placement

February 4, 2021 - Vancouver, British Columbia CSE:DEEP

DeepRock Minerals Inc. (“DeepRock” or the “Company”) announces it has CLOSED its non-brokered

private placement , raising gross proceeds of $700,000 from the issuance of 14,000,000 units of the

Company (“Units”) at $0.05 per Unit. Each Unit is comprised of one common share and one common share

purchase warrant with an exercise price of $0.0 6 per share and an exercise term of 24 months. Proceeds

from the private placement will be used to fund exploration of the Company’s mineral projects as well as

being used for general operating capital. All securities issued under the private placement will be subject to

a four-month hold.

This is a correction to a previous news release which stated the Company closed the “1st tranche” of its non-

brokered private placement.
