DeepRock Postpones the 2020 Annual General Meeting
Vancouver, BC / November 12, 2020 / DeepRock Minerals Inc. (CSE:DEEP)(“DeepRock” or
the “ Company”) announces that it is postponing its annual general meeting of DeepRock
shareholders (“AGM”) which had been set at 10:00 AM (Vancouver time) on November 13, 2020
at Suite 500, 666 Burrard Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
Shareholders should disregard the Notice of Meeting (the “Proposed Notice”) dated August 7,
2020 and filed on SEDAR, in which a meeting date of November 13, 2020 was proposed. The
AGM is being postponed until further notice.
