DeepRock Announces Private Placement

October 9, 2020 - Vancouver, British Columbia CSE:DEEP

DeepRock Minerals Inc . (“DeepRock” or the “Company”) announces it is conducting a non -brokered

private placement of up to 7 million common shares of the Company at $0.03 per share. All securities issued

for the Offering will be subject to a four-month hold period. Finders’ fees may be paid in connection with

the Offering. The Company intends to use the proceeds of the Offering for potential acquisition of mineral

properties and for general working capital.
