Vancouver, BC – July 16, 2019 – AsiaBaseMetals Inc. (the "Company") (TSX-V: "ABZ") is pleased to
announce that, subject to approval from the TSX Venture Exchange, it has granted 225,000 incentive
stock options (the "Options") to a director of the Company under the Company's Stock Option Plan.
