ABRASILVER ANNOUNCES GRADUATION TO THE TORONTO STOCK EXCHANGE
Toronto, ON – February 24, 2025 – AbraSilver Resource Corp. (TSXV: ABRA) (“AbraSilver” or the
“Company”) is pleased announce that it has received final listing approval from the Toronto Stock
Exchange (the "TSX") to graduate from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV"). The common shares
of the Company (the "Common Shares") will begin trading on the TSX effective at the market open
on February 27, 2025, under the symbol "ABRA".
In conjunction with the graduation to the TSX, the Common Shares will be voluntarily delisted from,
and will no longer trade on the TSXV, effective at the market close on February 26, 2025.

Shareholders will not be required to take any action in connection with the graduation and listing on
the TSX. There will be no change in the Company's CUSIP.
