AbraSilver Announces Filing of NI 43-101 Pre-Feasibility Study Technical Report

Toronto - April 30, 2024: AbraSilver Resource Corp. (TSX.V:ABRA; OTCQX: ABBRF) ("AbraSilver"

or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has filed on SEDAR+ a National Instrument 43-101 –

Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects ("NI 43-101") compliant, independent technical report (the

"Report") on its wholly-owned Diablillos project in Salta province, Argentina (the “Project”).

The Report titled "NI 43-101 Technical Report, Pre-Feasibility Study for the Diablillos Ag-Au Project" is

dated April 30, 2024, has an effective date of March 07, 2024, and supports the disclosure made by

AbraSilver in its March 25, 2024, press release titled " AbraSilver Announces Robust Diablillos PFS With

US$494M After-Tax NPV and 26% IRR”. There are no material differences in the Report from the results

disclosed in the Company's March 25, 2024 press release. The Report can be found under the
