NEWS RELEASE

ARBOR METALS COMMENCES PHASE 2 EXPLORATION PROGRAM

AT KEMLEE LAKE LITHIUM PROJECT

Vancouver, Canada – June 9th, 2025 – Arbor Metals Corp. (“Arbor” or the “Company”) (TSXV: ABR, FWB:

432) is pleased to announce the commencement of its Phase 2 exploration program at its wholly owned

Kemlee Lake Lithium Project, located on the eastern shore of Lake Nipigon, Ontario. This program follows

the successful completion of the Phase 1 ground magnetic survey, which provided critical data to guide

the next stage of exploration.

The Phase 2 program involves a property-wide prospecting campaign, with a particular focus on examining

a ten-kilometer north-south trending dyke for the presence of spodumene, a lithium-bearing mineral. The

prospecting program is expected to last between 3-4 weeks and will include surface sampling, mapping,

and geological assessments to better define potential drill targets for future exploration.

“We are excited to begin Phase 2 of the exploration program at the Kemlee Lake Lithium Project,” said

Mark Ferguson, President and CEO of Arbor. “The results of the Phase 1 ground magnetic survey have

provided us with invaluable data, and we are eager to advance the project by focusing on the spodumene-

bearing dykes identified in the geophysical survey. Our team is committed to exploring this promising area

and building on the foundation laid by the initial exploration work.”

Arbor is committed to conducting all of its exploration activities with a strong focus on environmental

responsibility. The Company adheres to industry-leading environmental guidelines and strives to minimize

its environmental footprint throughout the exploration process. Furthermore, Arbor continues to work

collaboratively with local indigenous groups and other stakeholders to ensure that its activities are aligned

with the needs and concerns of the communities in which it operates. The Company is dedicated to

fostering positive relationships and ensuring that the Kemlee Lake project benefits all involved parties.

significant mineral projects worldwide. Arbor is paving the way for advanced mineral explora Ɵon as it

oversees world-class mining projects. The Company is confident that combining quality projects with

proven strategies and a dedicated team will yield excepƟonal outcomes.

The Jarnet, CorveƩe Lake and St. Pierre lithium project s, located in the James Bay region of Quebec,

comprises 83 map-designated claims, covering an area of approximately 5,606 hectares. The projects are

conƟguous to the Corve Ʃe-FCI property, where diamond drilling has confirmed significant lithium

mineralizaƟon represenƟng one of the highest-profile lithium exploraƟon projects in the sector.

The Kemlee Lake Lithium project is strategically located three kilometers east of Rock Tech Lithium Inc.'s

Aumacho claim blocks and twelve kilometers south of the Georgia Lake Project. The Project shares many

geological similariƟes with the prolific Georgia Lake deposit, including bedrock geology and the presence

of massive intrusive dykes. The primary target at the Project will be spodumene- bearing pegma Ɵtes

hosted in metasediments.
